First, download the Chelfie app in the app store or on google play. Then go ahead and create an account so you can start exploring the features!

  1. Start at the login screen. Click on the sign up button to create an account. You can either sign up with your email or link the app directly through facebook.
  2. After you sign up, the app will take you directly to the home screen.
  3. Home screen: Anytime you open the app it will direct you right to the camera. Tap the larger circle icon to capture an image and you will then be able to unleash your creativity.
    • Tap the T icon to write text.
    • Tap the paint pallet icon to doodle to your heart's content.
    • Tap the scissors icon to edit your picture by cropping it or rotating the image.
    • Tap the button that says Save so your photo will save onto your camera roll
  4. Sending a Chelfie:
    • Tap the send button at the bottom right of your Chelfie.
    • Tap the checkmark icon to add it to your Changing Room and the Moments screen.
    • To send a private message to a member of your shopping entourage, scroll down and tap their name or find them in the search bar at the top.
  5. What is my Shopping Entourage?
    • Your Shopping Entourage is your group of friends on Chelfie. You can share your Chelfies privately with them to get instant feedback and shop together.
  6. How do I add friends to my Shopping Entourage?
    • Click on Shop with Friends icon on the main page, then Entourage. Add friends by searching their username, exporting them from your phone’s contact list, or inviting them via text message or email.
  7. Shop with Friends
    • Tap the Shop With Friends icon to take you to your direct messages.
    • Anytime you tap Shop with Friends it will direct you to your received messages where you can tap on "Privately sent you a message" to view their message.
    • Swipe left to dislike and right to like.
    • Tap the Shop the Look button to view where they purchased it or a similar item
    • Tap on the sent button to view the number of likes and dislikes for the messages you already sent.
    • Tap Entourage to view, add, and invite your friends. This tab will also show any friend requests you receive.
  8. Shop
    • Tap the Moments icon on the bottom right corner of the home screen
      • Swipe a picture to right, to like it
      • Swipe a picture to the left to dislike it
    • When you find something you like, tap on the Shop The Look button which is located at the top of your screen. Our advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology will show you products that are either similar or exact matches to those in the picture
      • Tap the Buy button to be redirected to the retailer's website where you can purchase the item
      • Tap the Share button to send the item externally
      • Tap the Heart button to like the item

No, you can also share Chelfies that are saved to your camera roll. To upload, hold the large circle on the main screen until two icons pop up. Click the icon on the right to access your camera roll.

Your Changing Room is a space that displays all of your public Chelfies. It also stores all of the Chelfies you’ve liked so you can easily shop the look at a later time.

View your Changing Room by clicking the small circle on the bottom of the main screen.

When people view your Changing Room, they can only see the Chelfies you’ve made public, the number of likes you’ve received on your Chelfies, and the number of friends in your Shopping Entourage.

Yes, you can edit your Chelfie by using the scissor icon to crop and rotate photos. Use the paint pallet to pick a color and draw or write on your Chelfie. Use the T icon to add text to your Chelfie.

Shopping on Chelfie

You can shop on our app by viewing a Chelfie, either in Moments or when a friend sends you a photo, and clicking on the Shop the Look icon at the top left of the photo. This will display similar or exact matches and where you can buy them.

Our partner brands and retailers accept all major credit and debit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

Items are delivered directly to you from our partner brands and retailers. To view an estimated time of delivery for a product, please check your confirmation email and go to the product page for the item. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number from our partner brand or retailer. We are very selective on our partners and strive to quickly deliver the items to our customers. Some items (i.e. from partners like TomTop, AliExpress) can take up to 5 weeks because the items are shipped internationally.

We partner only with trusted retailers and brands and maintain a very high level of quality assurance. If you have any doubt of the authenticity of your product, please contact us immediately.

Yes! We share half our earned profit from each product that is purchased by one of your friends.

Your Wallet is your virtual bank account storing all of your earned cash on Chelfie.

Once you’ve reached $20 in your Wallet, you can cash out by tapping the button and sending the money to your Paypal account. More cash out options will be forthcoming.

Profile and Account

When you are on the login screen of Chelfie click forgot password and it’ll redirect you to our reset password screen.

To change your username, email address, or password, tap on your picture or Edit Profile in your Settings. You will receive a confirmation of the change.

Yes it is, but you can also use the app privately through our direct messaging feature to share your chelfies exclusively with your friends.

Go into your phone’s Notifications settings to either allow or deny notifications.

Our partner brands and retailers will accept returns for most items within 30 days of purchase, granted that the items are unused and in their original packaging. You will receive credit for the item subtotal to your credit or debit card as soon as your items are processed. Shipping and taxes may not be included. Please note that our brands and retailers cannot accept returns on final-sale merchandise, damaged items, and items marked non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
